Power Washing Professional - Rolling Suds Fort Worth/Arlington

We're looking for a dedicated Power Washing Professional to join our growing team at Rolling Suds Power Washing, a family-owned exterior cleaning company serving Fort Worth and Arlington. As we head into our second season, we're building a team of reliable contractors to deliver excellent service and complete jobs to the highest standards.

Part-Time | 1099 Contract Position | Hours Not Guaranteed

About the Work Pressure washing homes, driveways, roofs, apartments, shopping centers, parking garages, commercial properties | Window cleaning with water-fed pole systems | Applying cleaning chemicals and soft wash solutions | Operating commercial equipment (surface cleaners, pressure washers, pumps, engines) | Working from ladders and occasionally roofs

Pay $18/hour starting (1099 contractor). Prove yourself as a dependable worker and move into percentage-based pay which earns significantly more.

Schedule - On-Call Work This is as-needed work based on our schedule and weather. We cannot guarantee hours. Some weeks busy, others slower. If you're available when we call, great. If not, no problem. Best for someone wanting extra income or supplemental work alongside another job.

Shifts: Weekdays, nights (commercial), weekends

Responsibilities

Work with Lead Technician to complete jobs efficiently
Follow proper pressure washing procedures
Keep truck/shop organized
Fill water and fuel tanks
Use proper precautions with chemicals
Take before/after photos and video for social media
Represent Rolling Suds professionally with customers
Work with team to complete jobs timely
Follow cleaning checklists

Experience Pressure washing preferred but not required | Window cleaning a HUGE PLUS

Physical Requirements Climb ladders and walk on roofs confidently | General labor, lift up to 50 lbs | Work outdoors in hot Texas summers

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS - CRITICAL Valid driver's license required (not suspended/revoked). You'll drive our 16' Isuzu truck and must be added to our commercial insurance with minimal to no impact on our rates. MVR check and license verification conducted.

Must have:

Valid current license
No DWI/DUI in past 7 years
Minimal moving violations
Safe driving history
Insurance-eligible at no or minimal added cost
